Disclosure: This is a discount program, not insurance, not intended to replace insurance, and does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under the Affordable Care Act. It contains a 30-day cancellation period, provides discounts only at the offices of contracted health care providers, and each member is obligated to pay the discounted medical charges in full at the point of service. The range of discounts for medical or ancillary services provided under the program will vary depending on the type of provider and medical or ancillary service received. Member shall receive a reimbursement of all periodic membership fees if membership is canceled within the first 30 days after the effective date. Which program includes virtual primary care?
Wellness Complete includes Recuro virtual primary care for members age 18 and older with a $0 fee for included PCP visits, virtual urgent care for all ages, and virtual behavioral-health counseling for members 14 and older. Psychiatry visits cost extra. Wellness Support and Wellness Plus do not include virtual primary care. Services and provider availability may vary.
Is the monthly price for one person or my household?
The displayed base membership price is per household, including you and your spouse. Age and eligibility rules vary by benefit. Optional Aura Individual and Aura Family services have their own eligibility terms.
Does this replace health insurance?
No. This is a wellness and discount program, not insurance, and it is not intended to replace insurance. Discounts do not mean that services, prescriptions or gym memberships are free.
How soon can I see a doctor?
Appointment availability depends on the service and provider. We do not promise same-day visits or a specific waiting time. Virtual care is for non-emergency needs; call 911 for a medical emergency.
Can I add identity protection?
Yes. Add Aura DigitalGuard Complete Individual for $10 more per month or Complete Family for $20 more per month. Choose one option or neither. Some Aura services require activation.
Is the program available outside California?
This site is currently focused on California. Benefit availability and requirements vary by state. Schedule a conversation before considering the program for a household outside California.

$28 per month plus applicable taxes for standard fitness centers. Costs for premium exercise studios exceed $28 per month and an enrollment fee will apply for each premium location selected, plus applicable taxes. Fees vary based on premium fitness studios selected. Add a spouse/domestic partner to a primary membership for additional monthly fees. Spouses/domestic partners must be 18 years or older.
